Accomodation

In order to enhance the interaction and exchange, all participants will be accommodated in the same hotel and are expected to have lunch and dinner together. Please, send your registration form as soon as possible in order to guarantee your accommodation at the four star Seagull Hotel (Hotel Hai Au : 489 An Duong Vuong Street, Quy Nhon, Binh Dinh province). If the lodging capacity at the Seagull hotel is sold out, the accommodation will be booked in a neighboring hotel. These hotels are located on the beachfront to ensure you a pleasant stay.

All sessions will be held in the ICISE conference center. Daily bus transfer (morning and end afternoon) is provided by the conference organization. The ICISE conference center is also accessible by taxi (10 minutes) or by one hour walk).

Participants will be expected to arrive on Sunday August 13^th, and to leave on Saturday August 19^th.

Breakfast and dinner are served in the hotel for all participants. Lunches are provided at the conference center.

Payment for board and lodging should be done upon arrival either in cash or with your credit card (the latter will incur a small supplement). An estimate of the cost per person (full board for 6 days) will amount to $315 US (additional day $55 US) for a double (shared) room and $450 US (additional day $80 US) for a single room.

If you wish to have alcoholic or soft drinks with your meals, these will be charged to your account by the hotel. The meals will include mineral water.

Important Note:
Hotel reservations are made for the whole duration of the conference, i.e. from Sunday noon, August 13^th to Saturday morning, August 19^th. Please note that the total cost of the conference cannot be reduced even in case of partial attendance.

If you intend to arrive before Sunday, August 13^th or leave after Saturday, August 19^th, please let us know in advance so that we can try to make the appropriate hotel reservation for you: contact Rencontres de Vietnam rencontres.vietnam@gmail.com.

Please note also, that if you arrive before midday and wish your room to be made available immediately, you will be charged for an extra day. You must inform us so that the hotel can prepare your room in advance.
